Winamp stopped reading files on my Zen Vision:M

Hello-

I have Windows 7 fully patched. Since Creative Centrale (Creative's software for Windows 7) is a piece of garbage, I wanted other software I could use to edit my files on my Zen Vision:M (30 GB). I decided to give Winamp a try, and at first was quite pleased.

It found the device (and everything on it) without a hitch, and I merrily started editing my files. Then suddenly, Winamp started crashing repeatedly.

Upon restarting (and all other permutations, including rebooting, etc.), it would find the device, but nothing would appear, and everything would be grayed out, no matter what options I chose.

Event Viewer in Windows shows (since I couldn't find the Winamp Error Log):

NOTE: This error occurred multiple times, I only printed this one. But they are all recording the same information.

This is quite frustrating, as I like the software but can't get it to work, and I found nothing in the Forum or in Google. Please note I also have Comodo Firewall, AVG Anti-Virus, Windows Defender, etc. running.

Thanks,

-Steve
