Authentification Failed Error

I’m one step away from streaming for the first time in weeks due to shoutcast finally fixing some issues but i’m stuck again and i’m not sure what i’m doing wrong!

Trying to relay my stream from SAM broadcaster, i’ve done it before with no issues but now each time i plug in the relay information like the port, password, host/IP ect it’s giving me an error code “Authentication Failed” and it will not work.

I’ve tried everything, I’ve regenerated a password, I’ve refreshed. Logged in and out, gave it a few days. I’m not sure what else i can do.

Sorry if this sounds snotty but i just paid another $60 to not be able to use this service again, so i’m getting really frustrated.

I never had any problems like that back then.

Check your entries, otherwise send us a screenshot. (Censor the password, of course)

Please take a look, I’ve entered the information several times with new generated passcodes and everything and still only get that error code.

I’ve even asked spacial if it would be a problem with their website and got a super fast response saying it’s 100% shoutcast

this issue is still not fixed.. another day i'm paying money to not be able to stream.
