Is this Winamp?

When a download a skin, I can right-click on it and it places it in my skins folder. I think this is part of Winamp, but xxzxzx thinks it isn't. Who's right?

Pic included.

That's part of Winamp. It adds a context menu entry for the wal & wsz filetypes. If you click Install you should get a dialog box asking if you're sure you want to install it if you're using a recent version of Winamp5. The dialog was added as an extra layer of security when the trojan/WA-skin exploit was discovered/fixed.

I was away for a while.
But I'm feeling much better now.

Well, it's good that I was right, but the thing is, when I clicked on it today, the dialog came up, my current skin started to flash on and off, and when i clicked yes my PC rebooted and wouldn't get off the bios screen.

Had to turn the power off at the wall and turn it back on again to get my PC to reboot.

(yes, i know we're going into tech support now, but the first question wasn't tech related)
