Bright Dark visualization

Hey,

I'm looking for a really really simple visualization all over the internet, that it would turn between bright and dark colors according to the music, from bright white when its all loud and to dark when it's silent. no graphical effects, just all the window turning around bright/dark. Is there a one visualization like that? If so please could you link me to it? or link me to some tutorial that i could create it myself if there isn't one.
