Player won't play songs right away

I'm pretty sure this problem has been addressed before, but I couldn't find any thread about it

I'm having a problem playing any file by opening it from desktop or explorer. It only let me play files which I already added to the library

Is this intended? Is there any way to change it?

It happens to me since I installed the new versions (right now I'm using the final release 590_9999)
