Ridiculously slow transcoding
I've been using ml_ipod, and I just updated winamp, so I also updated the plugin. I have the latest version of both for my Windows 7 computer.
My problem is, that no matter what transcoding format I set the program to, it always slows down to about 10 kB/s. It still works at 10 kB/s, but it worked much faster before this. My iPod is a nano, third generation. I tried resetting my computer and formatting my iPod, but neither did anything EDIT: Also, I am transcoding from FLAC |

The transcoding is done by Winamp and not ml_iPod. The first thing that I would try would be to try transcoding the same material in Winamp alone. If the problem still exists, inquire in the main forum. If not, let me know and I will try to help you work it out.

Hmm... Strangely, the transcoding works fine with autofill and in Winamp, but it is slow when just moving files on to my iPod.

Also, on a related note, I have the smartshuffle or whatever algorhithm set to random, and I want it to group albums, and it seems to favor Beck but rarely puts the white stripes in. I have about the same amount of music from both of them, so is this some alphabetical fault?

Are there any more details I need to add?
