New router , upgrated line , problem

Hello
My radio station used to work perfect with my ex adsl connection.
I upgrated my line to vdsl and i got a new router from my provider . the router is a ZXDSL 931VII
I finally opened a port (8000) and started to broadcasting...what a surprise!
i could listen to my station through my internal ip (eg 192.168.1.6:8000) but i cant listen it from my external ip! it says page not found.i cant even find the administration panel! shoutcast source looks to work fine , shoutcast server monitor also works fine , i can see me station at shoutcast radio directory but i cant hear it.
Itried in a second machine and i get the same results...
i have disabled firewalls , changed ports , but still the same.
Any help please?

Same problem

Hello, I am having the same problem. Tested in an ADSL link and it works perfectly. When I put the same equipment (modem and server) in a VDSL link, does not work externally. You could solve the problem? Thank you.

Sounds like you forgot to do the DHCP-Static-IP + Port 8000 Forwarding on the new modem/router.
