What is the cut off point between being a "noob" and a non "noob". Personally, i think that if a community is so popular it has over 70,000 members, then "noobs" are more than welcome. Everyone has a point to make, so let them. Sure, some of them do not actually post in a way that we are used to, but that is all part of the forum experience. WE should embrace and teach the new members, not hate them.
