I'm actually quite warm, since I have my heater on to keep me feeling good on this cold winter day...

A very close Japanese friend I knew a while ago once said to me "Watashi no koto wo oboeta, onegai shimasu...Yakusoku?"

I forgot his name though...

No, I don't like picking on you - it's just that there are so few really unique people...most people who "want to be different" are doing it for the wrong reasons, and in the process of being different hang out with the people who are different like them, hence they end up being different from one group, but the same as another. People want to belong to something, and there's nothing wrong with that - it's perfectly healthy.
i know this one really unique person who isn't "cool" she does things exactly her own way and doesnt fit in with a lot of people

now i wonder who she is

i dont know what to say.
introspectively, i do everything the way i want to, and only give an impulsive passing thought to what others might think. i am a very basic person. i eat when i am hungry, i sleep when i am tired, i cut my hair when it gets too long, and i wear sweats and t shirts because of the utility/comfort/durability. i am a social chameleon, i interact well with all kinds of people, not 'fit in' with them, but get along. you should have seen the people i hung out with in high school. it was a real slice of the school's population. if you define cool as laid back, chilled out and generally positive, i guess thats me. but as for the mtv kind of cool, expensive clothes/going to the mall/cell phone glued to thier face, most of those people can go fuck themselves. i am not 'cool' but i am cool :P
