wsz files??

okay... i don't know if this has been posted before but ohwell... my computer is windows xp and it wont let me convert my zip files into wsz... what let me rephrase that... i dont know how to convert the files... some one please help....

Don't have winxp. Can you get it to show the file extension? And then doing a rename.

This is a weird way, but how about using the program: ws_ftp to view your files and then renaming it that way. It should display the file extension.

no it doesnt show the file extention... i'll try what you said thought... i hope it works...

I don't have XP so I don't know, but I've ehard from people at this forum to go to I think folder options and make sure the box next to "hide extensions for known file types" is UNchecked
then you'll be able to see the extension and rename them
please correct me someone if I'm wrong

there's an option in "view" (I think it's view) in XP explorer to show all file extensions, enable it and you'll be able to just click on the file (click once, then again, just don't doubleclick fast or it'll try to open the sucker) to change the extension It'll prompt "changing the file extension could make it unstable blah blah, do you want to proceed anyway?" Just say yes... hehe

wait a minute... i get what yall are saying... but it still won't work... it will only let me change the name... i tried going to view... and it doesnt have the file extention option.... ack... i don't know... =[... god never mind... i found it.... arigatoo again... go mahbs alot
