Winamp doesn't create file "winamp.m3u"

Hi friends, greetings, my quesion, Why doesn't winamp create file "winamp.m3u" when i send command "SendMessage(hwndWinamp,WM_USER,0,120)", maybe the program winamp is corrupted, i'm using delphi 2010, thanks;
