Ip banned yp extended error

I notice we have got a shoutcast server with a few ports that appears to be banned completely
<05/24/11@22:19:17> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak)
<05/24/11@22:19:17> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (This network has been permanently banned due to a previous violation of the SHOUTcast directory terms of service.)

I read some threads that were older that said we have to contact moderators? Is this still the case and the only way to contact shoutcast to see whats happening?

you'd be better pm'ing me the ip that's getting blocked so it can be passed on to the people who should be able to resolve it (CraigF doesn't have anything to do with SHOUTcast anymore so you'd probably not get a reply that way).
