Nobex mobile App empty error message

Hi!

I am trying to create the mobile app for my stream using the provided nobex-link. I add a tag line and a stream picture and click next and then I get an empty error message window and cannot go on... what can I do?

Nobex has an online chat, which you can locate inside your account, underneath everything on the right.
Send him a message that will be answered by the chat or his email if they were not online.
