Not that I know of. There are other converter tools available but since VLC did it well enough you should consider downloading an older portable version and just use that when needed to convert a file. It doesn't actually install on the system so you can have both, the latest one and the portable stored somewhere else on the hard drive:

Steps
Choose the WEBM file that you want to convert. Select MP4 as the format you want to convert your WEBM file to. Click "Convert" to convert your WEBM file. |
