Pacemaker plugin: locking to side bar

Hello to everyone! I'd like to know if it's possible to lock pacemaker-plugin (or any other plugin) to a side/top bar, so that I don't have to go through options-menu every time I want to adjust the pitc/speed of a song. A hotkey shortcut would also be useful.

the plug-in would need to implement what I think you're asking for. with registering a hotkey to do things via preferences -> hotkeys being simple as long as the plug-in implements it.

Alright, thank you! It seems like I'll have to register pacemaker to be able to set hotkeys. I'd prefer to have the sliders visible at all times, but I guess that's not possible.

EDIT: The pitch/speed configuration is opened in a separate window. If winamp is full-size, the window is hidden behind the winamp window. Can it be made to remain always on top?
