How to get the streamtheworld stream link?

I want to play this - http://player.streamtheworld.com/liv...SNEYPOPSTARAAC in Winamp. How to get the stream link? I've tried with this - http://provisioning.streamtheworld.c...POPSTARAAC.pls but it doesn't play anything. Here is what is displayed in the playlist:

I am trying to play this through this proxy server - 65.48.113.25:9999, it doesn't have pass and username, is this is the right way to set the server up in winamp? When i try to start for example this radio - http://provisioning.streamtheworld.com/pls/KDWNAM.pls it is playing.
