Play *.oga files?

I downloaded a music disk from http://www.andykellett.com/files/alien_invasion.zip ... and it came with OGA music files. I noticed Winamp can't play it, but the latest K-Lite Codec Mega Pack's Media Player Classic Home Cinema can.

How come Winamp can't play this? Do I need a third party addon/plugin or something?

Thank you in advance.

Two options...

1. Rename the files from .oga to .ogg (recommended).
Winamp's in_vorbis.dll will then decode them.

2. Add OGA to the extension list in Prefs -> Plugins -> in_dshow -> config
and let DirectShow decode them (which will probably use the Ogg Splitter & Decoder from K-Lite).
Though you won't have support for tags (read/write), replaygain, transcoder, sync'ing to portables which support ogg, etc etc
which is why I recommend using method #1 instead.
