Need help identifying a song (have some info already)

Hey guys, I know this song is a remix of Blaze - Lovelee Dae, it's pitched down. I think it's from a mix somewhere. Over the mix there was Japanese (I think) talking over it so I think it's a foreign mix (talking is not on this file). I've listened to every remix of blaze lovelee dae and can't find anything. Sorry for the terrible quality. If anyone knows where this is from please help, thanks.

Seems like it's a remix of Salute Parade by Kamilron. But I wouldn't be sure - the quality is really poor to identify.
