Vista Registry Cleaner! need advice

Is there any registry cleaner out for Vista yet?

i have been using a program called reg crawler on xp and it was very good.
now that im using vista can anyone tell me what program to use to get rid of
the old registry files thats fully compatiable with vista.
Recently stumbled upon few articles about registry cleaners (Registry Mechanic, RegCure,
and even found Digeus registry cleaner which claimed that it supports all Vista modifications).

Can't stop asking myself, why Vista Ultimate didn't come with its own registry cleanup tools?

I have a feeling that you'll post very soon to tell us that you've found an awesome registry cleaner for Vista...

Question: why did you register on the forums of a multimedia audio player to ask a question about a registry cleaner?

XP or Ubuntu install disks both make excellent Vista removers.

I don't know much about vista, but try if regedit.exe still works and from there, remove the stuff you don't need.

I really, really don't see how people need registry cleaning tools. Just do it manually. It's better in every way I can think of. Those tools are just there to make people dumb. They claim to do the work for you, but ask permission to remove entries the program 'thinks' you don't need anymore - How could an inexperienced user ever give permission to remove entries he doesn't even recognize?
In short: Experienced users don't need it and inexperienced users shouldn't use it (without more knowledge).

Son of a bitch. I came in here about to make an fdisk joke, and someone already made it over two years ago.

I roast my own beans & grind fresh so my coffee tastes as good as possible. To enjoy the subtle flavors in my cup I only drink it black.
