MSN Messenger vs Yahoo! Messenger

"Let's Rummmmmmmmmmble"
The title say everything, who will win?
You vote for it.

I prefer Yahoo! Messenger: more features, coolest chatroom,
the colors, the icons, the video cam.....

False. (as far as i know. Ad-Aware has never picked nothing up.)

It does, however, have ad's at the top of it, i, however, use DeadAIM and block the ads. Plus DeadAIM has other nifty featurs.

Between these two, Yahoo is a clear winner. Who would ever want to use a IM client that does not have logging funtionality? Or did MSN include that feature since I stopped using it?

out of the two, MSN. Who the fuck wants to keep a log of their idle chat? I don't write down everything I say FFS, and all MSN is is a chat medium, you dont have big fucking debates using it...

I have both, but I'd say yahoo, more features, less problems i.e. it doesn't log me out me when I max out my internet connection downloading stuff.

ICQ's good too, free unlimited SMS.

I prefer MSN with the Plus add-on

The plus add on has auto-away messages, boss mode, chat logs, alpha blend, and much more.

MSN PLUS

Damn that sounded like spam.

All good programs get advertised in some amount by word of mouth.

Actually, I'm going to say thank you, this looks promising.

I hate ICQ because
I don't belive that our selves can be designed as
numbers

Home phone number?
Mobile phone number?
Fax number?

DARKBOY in base 36 is 28949130034 in base 10 (decimal).

ICQ has nicknames. The use of numbers is to make SMS messages possible, and to reslove the problems of name based systems. There are only limited viable names for name based systems, and alot of the time you have to be a random number anyway.

My ICQ is 201219880, and I remember that better than some programs that use names because with name based systems I have to think 'which varient nick was I forced to use with this hunk of cra*'

Yahoo! Messenger

I can literally talk to people, brodcast my webcam to show my friends stuff, more features basically...Don't use MSN, hardly use AIM, ICQ is out of the question, so Trillian ain't my option...

A very close Japanese friend I knew a while ago once said to me "Watashi no koto wo oboeta, onegai shimasu...Yakusoku?"

I forgot his name though...

And what about PIN, Social Security Number, ID,
Credit Card ... , see ...

Everything come up with numbers ...

Most of your life is about numbers.

I don't mind them , in fact I'm a Math teacher ,
but in real life you get design as number.

Where? In our a school is good start...
Many teachers and Principals see us as Record number

That's why a hate the numbers in our life, about
4 years in Collage My name wasn't Joel

I use all 3 instant messengers.

Also I won't vote until the poll are checkboxes (not radio buttons), and have the secret option of C. AIM.

I've tried them all and for features u can't beat icq, particularly personalising things for individual contacts. Admittedly it was probably perfect around 99b and everything else has been bloat. I like msn , but it's major failing is it's complete lack of offline messaging

while i was using icq i got a new stalker every day, i absolutely stopped using it a loooong time ago at the first horrifying picture someone sent me. *omit shudders in disgust. i dont usually use any instant message thing for fear of stalkers. yahoo is probably one of the better and the worst; good cause you can do stuff that comes with stuff and bad cause its just simply scares me.

15 days for MSN to put your account as "suspended", then "inactive" after 60 days. They purge your email and your contact list.
