OK lets start from the beginning.

1) what metadata program are you using?
2) Are you using an autoDJ?
3) Do you have "enable track/title updates" selected under the YP in your shoutcast DSP?

meta DAta?
auto DJ?
YP?

lemme give you an insight on how I think
1) http://radio.laukas.lt:8000/index.html
I think this has something to do with the Data.. Server from where I broadcast?

2)I just changed the input to Winamp as recommended but I was indeed spinning trough a external mixer so then it isn;t strange that there is no song update. But I am not only DJ on this station and I guess the others had winamp as preset anyways.

3)Really got no upcoming idea when I hear YP

you need to be in winamp mode and have enable title updates ticked on the shoutcast dsp.

You cant see that option unless you select Yellowpages (YP) on the shoutcast DSP.

PM me the link of the site that you are broadcasting to.

Also make sure you files have ID3 tags.
EDIT: If your using winamp to broadcast, this shouldnt apply.

yeah, the DNAS looks fine, and the stream is fine.

So #1... I would check the ID3 tags. Go to the song on the playlisrt in winamp, and then right click and select file info.

If you see nothing in those lines, manually enter them or auto-tag them.

Then check your SC DSP as stated above.

While your at it, look for a label known as Bonafide. Being in South Cali 10 minutes away from TJ, if you havent heard of them, any station called OmertaMafia needs to carry them in the mix.

Consider them the next and modern day murder Inc.

I cant say any more than that, but I will say they will probably cut you a SWEET deal for broadcasting rights.

www.didobrown.com

I consider him the magnatunes offspring of South Cal G Rap.

Make sure your password is only letters and numbers (no spaces, etc.)

How would the password effect the metadata if the streams up?

Not trying to question you Tom, just the first time I have ever heard that.

The DSP makes a separate call to the DNAS on the portbase (not portbase + 1 like the audiodata) to update the URL. This call is essentially a URL, hence how you can update the song title with just a URL. If the password is not properly URL encoded special characters may not get converted in the URL string (i.e. a space to %20) and can break the call so the song title will not get updated. DSP stackers also can break the song title but this was an old issue that has since been fixed in most DSP stackers.
