Remind me to rate my songs!

This may be better suited to a plugin rather than a feature but here's my problem. I need to rate some 5000 songs. So I bound my star rating buttons to ctrl+1 through 5 and all I have to do is listen to a song and when I decide on a rating I can rate it quickly without leaving whatever else Im doing... if I remember. I que up some songs and suddenly I realize Im 10 songs in and forgot to rate anything. Or if I only que 1 song at a time, I realize the music stopped playing 10 minutes ago and I cant remember what I was listening to to rate it. Yeah, I'm difficult like that. So if I could have one wish, it would be for a feature where if Winamp sees that it's playing an unrated song, when it gets to the last 1 minute of the song, I would get a popup that says "Remember to rate!" and I would say "oh good catch Winamp" and press ctrl+3 and the popup would disappear until next time. But alas, I know nothing about programing. So I thought I would put this out here and someone far smarter than myself might think it was a useful idea and take it up. What do you guys think?

and when you don't see the next prompt to rate a file because you've been away for hours? it's be a simple plug-in just doing what's asked for above but would need to somehow queue up things so it doesn't lock up the UI (aka crash everything) and just not keep filling the screen with a mass of prompts (which then have no potential context with the file it related to).

could just use the history feature to see what was last playing and work it out that way.

i don't want to stomp on the OP req, but what i would want is the prompt to come up as he said with a min left, (or half the time if the total time is less than a min, so a 45sec song it would come up at 22seconds) and then if the prompt is not answered, (or dismissed), winamp simply stops. then the user could restart the song, or rate it, or dismiss it, and the playlist starts again.
