I just bought a nice gas can (plastic) that has a nozzle that stops the flow of gasoline when the liquid level reaches it. No more standing at awkward angles to see how full the tank is getting; no more spills, leaks or overflows either. I just stick the nozzle in, let it pour, and it stops automatically when full.

Happy Birthday
![]() I bought printer ink - $69 plus tax for a color and black combo. I just paid this a month ago for the other printer, and it's nearing empty now too. I try refilling for $11 color and $8 black, but it's a mess to do and doesn't make very good quality prints. Don't forget to live before you die. ![]() |

The worst freaking carne asada taco in history. I will pay and pay and pay for this mistake.
The carne asada hardly even looked like meat, though I suspect it might have been cat. The salsa was little more than chunks of tomato with some cilantro mixed in. And the put melted f****** cheese on the top to hold it all together. It was a total gut bomb and a disgrace to our wonderful neighbors from the south. "Which is worse, ignorance or indifference?" "I don't know, and I don't care." ![]() |

My latest purchases for a recent get together for a friend who just became a father for the first time:
A pack of cigars I know next to nothing about, $16.00 They smelled good and came with a high reccommendation from a friend that knows more than I do about them. 3 pizzas with a pile of toppings, and a tip for the delivery gal $33.00 Great Lakes Brewing Company Black Out Stout $9 for a 4-pack of 12 oz. (355 ml) bottles expensive, but worth it to spoil myself every once in a great while Brooklyn Brewing Company Black Chocolate Stout $8 for a 6-pack of 12 oz. bottles 10.6% alcohol by volume - it's best to pour one bottle into two wine glasses and share since it's so powerful. Sip and savor. It's a suprisingly delicious beer, but strong enough that you don't want to drink it the way you would regular beer. At that power, it is worth an 18 pack of mainstream brand beers, so the price is worth it even if you didn't care about taste. There was more beer brought by others, but I didn't pay for that. Doritos, popcorn, and this list is getting too long, basically the munchies totalled about $8.00 Most of the cash in my wallet is gone now. We had a good time though, and now we have to find someone to take my bud back to the hospital where his wife and kid are. Any volunteers? I might have a dollar or two left to pay. A 65-cent bolt to replace one that I found missing from my new transmission's oil pan. I think I removed it to remount the shift linkage as it was mounted on the old transmission, but it was mounted to another bolt, and for some reason, this bolt was never replaced. Glad it didn't leak.

Oh and I also purchased the book, Unintended Consequences. It's been about a week, and I've read all 863 pages. Best book ever. ![]() |

Last purchased:
A Targus lens cleaning pen (very similar to the Hakuba Lenspen that I bought before). Bought it at Radio Shack for $6. Unlike my Hakuba Lenspen, this Targus doesn't have a squeegie on the oppposite end of the brush. Instead, it's got a little squirt nozzle with lens cleaning fluid in it, and it came with a microfiber cloth. Not a bad deal, methinks. ![]() |
