Multiple Streams from one program

I have tried to find an answer to this, hope this is correct thread.

I have on stream that I want to broadcast to multiple stations. Not multiple streams at once just ONE program and stream it to multiple locations.

Is this possible with winamp and if so how do you configure it properly?

Have you tried using Stand Alone encoding software?

What would Stand Alone Encoding software be? Is there something out there that is compatible with winamp or is it something totally separate.
