Winamp Will Not Open

Recently my Winamp stopped opening. I click the program to open it and absolutely nothing happens.

I have tried a fresh install of the new 5.8 beta and the problem persists. After fresh install, program will not open.

Other Details:
Using Windows 10
I don't see any processes named Winamp after opening

Steps I have tried:
Installing new version of winamp/reinstalling old version (5666 and 58).
Deleting folders in installation directory and Appdata Roaming etc.
Disabling Norton Antivirus

This shows up in event viewer after installing:
