Milkdrop 1.04 source not runnable

Hello,

my name is Thomas and I'm trying to get the Milkdrop source working.
After some modifications at the original project I'm now able to compile the source.
The problem is that when the Plugin loads a Preset it crashes at the following location: "__asm call startPoint".

Can anybody please help me getting this working?
