Help finding a 52x24x52x cdrom burner driver!

I need to find a driver for a 52x24x52x cdrom burner. It is made by Digital Research Technologies (www.dr-tech.com) but for some odd reason they won't let you download drivers from their site. I've tried searching but I do NOT want to pay $49.95 to some website for *one* driver. Windows just gives me a generic driver that doesn't support burning. Perhaps any driver for a 52x24x52x will work so anyone that has one, help is greatly appreciated!

It just seems that the driver's page is down for the moment (driver page).

There used to be some great driver download sites but have since moved to pay services. I'm sorry I was unable to be of help.

edit: This page: http://www.dr-tech.com/drivers/cdroms.html
Says it has drivers for "CD-ROMS, DVD, CDRW, LS120", maybe it's there? I cant tell because it lists model numbers and not burning specs.

I went to that last page but they are for windows 3.1. Do you think I should just try one? Does anyone think Kazaa might have one?

If you check out the driver download page for the 48x burner, http://www.dr-tech.com/drivers/40x12...al-drivers.asp , it claims not to need any drivers at all. So I'd suggest the same would be true of your model. Nero had the drivers for my Sony CDRW, so try that.

Kazaa? Unlikely.

Haha. Thanks for all your help guys. I've had my computer on for 3 days straight and a quick power outage made me restart my computer. I turned it back on and was checking my actual copy of Nero and it recognized my burner now. Befor all it show was the Image Recorder. I guess it fixed itself. Thanks for the help anyways.
