From experience in Paint, I've learned that you shouldn't put two pixel bevels on anything except the border. I zoomed in on the .bmp and I see that you did that on the CButtons. Try making it a one-pixel bevel, or put a gradient on it.

Coming along nicely.

It looks too blocky. Just my opinion, though.

And that's bevel, not border. Not on the border, on the C-Buttons.

just for nini, a png. its actually a bit of an update too. not too much has changed, except i'm adding a bunch of LED lights that will go on when things are on or when buttons are pushed. in the ss, all the LEDs are off except the stereo indicator.

btw- i have the same problem as nini with ie. i'm told i can fix this by changing my file associations, but i dont know how. anyone know?

I use IE6 on Windows XP, and whenever I click on a .bmp attachment, it opens it in Paint for me. No downloading. It's a direct fileview for me.

I suppose Interent Explorer doesn't support .bmp's?

It's just a matter of file association(sp? Damn English ) in the browser... Look it up in the preferences.

Talking about Opera...

DOM and Javescript support will be a lot better when Opera 7.0 comes out with the new dynamic rendering engine. (No word on release date, though... Patience.

Anyhow, lets get back on topic...

Nah, you have Opera 6.0 beta 1 already... Maybe it'll be in the 6.0 final for you.

that's even further offtopic, but I noticed thet MS IE opens an image in the associated program instead in its own window when I drag it from the explorer and drop it in IE. Netscape doesn't. Is there a way to get rid of that??
