so thats what happend.

I never really knew rm other than the poem thread, which he does post often ... his poems were rather good, and I appreciated his views on it.

I was rather curious when one day, while going through the old posting that there were missing posts inside the poem thread, which was when I discovered the mods deleted every single post that rm did.

It was a lost to me, as his poems were part of the growing process of that thread.

For whats its worth, I do hope that he finds peace.

Sometimes it is just being me that counts

Really?, the stats say otherwise...

Way I see the stats. there are 455 missing posts.

No idea if that's deliberate, of just the normal sort of attrition you get with old databases.

Two hints though:

I really miss JB as well. Particularly around football season as trite as that may sound to some. There are lots of people I've "met" here and at Pabook that I really like a lot.

I, for one, miss hester's presence on these forums. I don't know if he ever wants to come back, but if he did I would strongly support his reinstatement by the "powers that be".

I'd second that.... Though I think after the rather ignominious happenings that caused his final leaving will probably mean he will never return...

J. Burnaway - yes he is also sadly missed - I never did get the chance to send him on the Timothy Leary stuff he was looking for

Fortunately, with the exception of JB, there lies a place on the edge of the neutral zone where all those shunned by this forum and who have shunned this forum, can be viewed much like the baboons at your local zoo.
