Installation Problem

Windows 7 Pro, 64bit.

I am installing WinAmp so I can build a WordPress site. I installed Winamp and got an error msg, stating that VCRUNTIME140.dll was missing. I am not a tech person and have no idea what this DLL is. When I searched for info on this dll, I got a site that gave me a link to install NET.framework 4.1.6. I ran it and got a msg box asking me if I wanted to fix it or uninstall. So I guess I had it installed already?

Anyway, I uninstalled Winamp and started over and got the same msg. I see that WAMP requires some C++ programs. I have no idea how to verify if I have these installed. The names listed are different than the C++ programs installed on my computer. I will attach a screen capture of the C++ programs listed in my programs.

What do I need to do to get the program installed and running properly?
