Incredible possibilities : MAKRO Plugin for Winamp

Checking the Forums, i had an idea. A lot of wishes, requests and ideas could be easily done by MAKROS in Winamp. Worked out in a plugin, this would be a great step for individual wishes, easily realized by the users itself.
Is there anyone (no i wont ask Dro everybody asks him ... but maybe ... ) who could think of realizing this idea ?

Macro plug-in?
I could be wrong, but I think makro is German for macro.

It's a pretty good idea. There are a lot of general purpose macro programs which could handle automating _most_ things in Winamp, but I bet one designed specifically with Winamp in mind would be more useful and less wasteful. I'm sure the streaming media crowd (djs, vjs, and servers) would find it useful. I do a lot of repetitive things in Winamp as well that would benefit from some macro-ization

Maki=freeform support must be available on the client side. Not the best solution.

Don't get me wrong, I want the add-on manager back too, for other reasons . But a macro plugin could be Winamp version/plugin independent. Of course it could take advantage of apis/features only available in later builds, as long it degrades gracefully on older ones. There are a lot of Winamp functions maki has no control of, and there are also a lot of functions in maki a macro plugin really wouldn't need. My thinking is that they would be able to co-exist nicely and perhaps even complement each other(ie. calling macros from maki, using maki within macros), but maki, as it is now, isn't necessarily the right solution for the suggestion.

Perhaps if you were clearer on what *exactly* you were wanting people could give more relevant answers (if they really are irrelevant!)

i didnt want to say that theyre irrelevant, no ! But as i said ... i dont know what maki nor the addonmanager is, so its hard for me to get the meaning of it.

what i want is :
a possibility to bind a macro on a key. when i press that key after recording the macro, this key should execute the actions i recoreded before.
