Converting .ram to .mp3

I am looking for a means to convert this .ram file to mp3. Any ideas as to how I could go about this? Of course since I have supplied the file if any one is feeling particularly generous and wants to do the conversion for me I would be very appreciative. Thanks in advance

If no one's helped you by the time I get home tonight, I'll convert it for you.
How do you want it, specifically?

great! I use real alternative which plays the file through media player classic and unfortunately does not inform me as to the bitrate of the original .ram file. A bitrate akin to the original file should suffice but LAME preset standard or even 128kbps CBR should be just fine. Thanks again.. you rock

thanks that will do just fine, much appreciated.

Just a suggestion but try setting up an account with fileden.com for free file hosting, they will let you direct link to your files and they give you 500mb of storage space. I use it in conjunction with my myspace media player.

thats how you did it eh? but alas it costs cash. This is the first time and hopefully the last I need to convert real media files particularly the obstinate .ram variation. So I was wondering if i could impose upon you once more and ask you to convert the "new .ram file" in my last post. thanks, and you rule!

Not a problem

Goodbye

I never work with real files of any kind,
so I can't justify spending money on a converter program.
On the very rare occasion I do, such as yours, this is how I do it.

Enjoy
