is there anyway to make the cdplayer.ini bigger , and to fit more track information?

Basically, if you want to manually edit this file you'll need to get a better text editor, because Notepad can only manage files of up to 64kb. You can try using WordPad, though I recommend EditPad Classic (freeware)

btw, I take it you've replaced Winamp's default CD Plugin with the CDReader plugin (which stores the cddb info in the same file as Windows CD Player - CDPlayer.ini) . . . yes, no, maybe?

yup exactly what i did, i have had it like that for a long time, and im sick of it being like that.. so i thought maybe i could save it to a bigger file (64kb +)
im really not sure how to that, but i will try to figure it out.

im really not sure if it really did the trick, cause today i got new cd and it didnt look up the cdda..or it did but it didnt find the name.. and then i got into musicmatch and it finds the name..weird..
