Station Won't Play on Shoutcast Website

Hello,
My station plays just fine when I download from the server page or link to it elsewhere. It does not play from the shoutcast directory however. See screenshot for error message.

Hello,
this is because you are opening the SHOUTcast website via https and not http.

Via http://directory.shoutcast.com your stream works because you don't have a stream with SSL.

station "The Indie Blend"
Error: Media URL could not be loaded
Hint: Check Media URL is valid

If it has to be http only in your own system, can you just put it in that way please? Thanks....

I have the very same issue and tried the http://. that didnt fix the fact i cant hear my stream from the directory.

yes i see the error is related to https:\\ to the directory, however the issue is not with users, as the link to the directory on shoutcast.com > listen opens in a secure connection! so if you're saying has to be open in non-secure then the issue is with Shoutcast.com not users or there dnas servers!

this needs to be fixed if shoutcast is to survive over icecast!
