I can't even figure out how to rip a track (a cda file) from an audio CD. Winamp will only play the tracks. I changed my output plug-in to Nullsoft Disk Writer v1.0 and configured it to download to my preferred location. Then I open the cda file and Winamp only plays it. My goal is to have a song on a file so I can attach it to an email. Should I encode rip it as an mp3 or encode it to a wav?
