Can´t stream speaking with Shoutcast with Windows7

Hi.
I have been using shoutcast for a long while but now I have changed into windows 7.

I´m running shoutcast with windows 7 and I canot use the Lock button for speaking with background music. I cannot open the Mixer.

Could you help me?

In that new version things work a lot better.

I wish some eager shoutcaster's would come together and make something even better.
