I currently have a station that is growing more everyday, i have shoutcast for business and it gives me a limit of 2,500 listening hours. my station accumulates over 7,000 listening hours and growing! so by the end of the month the station goes out and i'm completely helpless.
apparently, there's no way to purchase more hours and i have sent 4-5 emails to both of the contact emails shoutcast provides over the past month with zero response. how do i upgrade my station? |

The station is automatically upgraded and therefore does not require a manual upgrade.
If you use too many THL, SHOUTcast will automatically bill you for more THL and notify you by email that you will be on a higher plan next month. |
