Play video files in NSIS

In NSIS there are no decent way for video playback, it is possible to use libraries from InnoSetup ?

How to do it in practice ?

If you can use Flash, I have written a nsFlash plug-in. As for ISVideo.dll, if it uses standard C exports, you can call it using the System plug-in.
