can not import itunes library

hey i'm new to winamp and can't wait to use it, i just can't get my itunes library over.
When the pop up window appears it allows me to "add media to library" but it will not let me hit the "import from itunes" button. I've also tried to go through the "library" tab but the option to import from itunes also does not appear. Can anyone help me out?
