connection issue

I have Winamp and Shoutcast to stream. When I have Winamp connected I cannot use my PC to browse the internet. Is this a software issue? A soon as I disconnect Winamp everything is fine for browsing. Any help is appreciated

looks to me as an internal issue , look at your memory usage , maybe your computers is using up it's internal memory for running shoutcast and winamp.
