Post yer setup!

Ok, i am pretty chuffed over this. For a while now i've had to lie on my floor to go on my computer because i had no desk. But today i bought one and a chair (well, my mum did ). It is so amazing

This is the office/relaxing room me and my dad are creating. We're gonna get some Digital TV, Games consol, Sofa-bed and a big telly in here eventually.

This is my work station now, so lush for designing.

(i can't hold a camera still)

So yer, post your setup/workstation.

So would mine normally, it's only tidy as I was putting bits inside the computer recently. I'm one of those people who sits down and a mess arrives, like Pigpen from Peanuts. (I was named after Lucy from the same cartoon )
Haven't got a picture though, my camera is in its box.

Phear.

And yes, those are a bunch of quarters and half dollars on my desk. The two cups are soon to dissapear, along with the dew bottle. The hearing aids soon to be in my ears, my XM radio (the stuff on the Discover mag) are soon to leave to work with me.

Very good book. I'm currently at a stalemate around chapter 10. School reading has taken priority over personal, but I'm still wading through it. Great stuff though.

Schmeet, I love that desk

Welcome to my office. On the right is a guide to understanding engineers, on the left is a friendly greeting.

This is from when my station was about 8 months old, right after the first move I made with it (this was my room).

This was from February '05, I had moved my computer into my room.. (for those that don't like the color, fuck you I hate it too ):

This is the office I have everything in now, but it's been rearranged/computers added, etc. These were taken before I painted, steam cleaned carpet, got office chairs, etc. From January '05. The empty CD rack was one of 3 i put up, they're all full now.. The filing cabinet is full of CDs and has them stacked on it now Got surround speakers as well.

Don't have any from as is now, it's too messy to take some too This is my desk though

yeah, i'm back.

Heh, came with my first 1GHz+ computer.

That Bleeding stand on it is WAY to small for its weight, but I quite like it otherwise.

Mine is really a dining table complete with place mats, candels and a bowl of pot pouri. As I have a tuffet thing to eat off and no room for another desk I use this. It works quite well really, although I need to tidy the desk, it's covered in lots of CDs and things I used when I formatted the other week. I like the room as it stands, especially at night with the two lamps I have.

Good monitor, good picture too.. yeah, I broke one of the tabs on the stand and if it ever got hit, the back half of it couldn't be clipped in anymore.. weighed the dangers vs. the looks and took it off

yeah, i'm back.

Gonna split this into a couple posts because I'm too lazy to upload the full-size images to my space.

Anyways, here's my desk as of right now. Not exactly my dream setup, but I love my new computer now that I've got it working right.

Here's the shelf next to my computer desk. It's got my old computer on it along with my stereo amplifier, right speaker, subwoofer, and a few boxes of MREs. Yes, I have boxes of MREs on the top.

The old computer is actually hooked up, but I only use it once in a while. I'll probably disconnect it altogether soon and move it into the storage room.

Last one.

This is the underside of my desk, obviously. I'm going to rearrange the cords soon, but I picked up these APCs for a really good deal not too long ago. I was going to get a 1100va APC for $125 (which is a pretty good deal already), but I found these 500va models for only $48 each. So I decided to get two of these instead of one big one. 1000va worth of battery backup for less than a hundred bucks. Pretty good, I think. These are replacing my old APC (350va model that's a couple years old). My old one has saved my computer on several occasions, so I didn't have a problem buying these two new ones.
