No Revenue column

I'm having trouble monetizing as well. I've added in the "Advert:"(metadata) and added in 30 second to 45 second ads in Day Template, but I don't have the Revenue column in my TargetSpot stats.

I've followed the instructions here:

So you have to select a country first, then you can view the Revenue column.

If anyone else is having that issue after switching over from Radionomy.
