Windows 7 and MilkDrop "Desktop Mode"

when i set visualizations to desktop mode on my win7 machine, the visualizations flicker and flash my desktop picture for a split second. it seems to be random, and/or to the beat of the music, but it is very annoying.

has anyone experienced this before and/or know a fix for this issue? checked forums could not find anything relating to a problem like that

I'm having the same exact problem. It was working until a few days ago, so I have no idea what happened. I just reinstalled Winamp which didn't do anything. Also, the new ForceWare didn't fix anything...

Hopefully it'll get fixed when Windows 7 is officially available.

o dude i figured it out a few weeks ago, i think i accidentally made 2 posts in different parts of the forum, didn't update this one.

you have to set your background to a single background picture, then restart, and you should be good to go.

if at any time you switch to more than one background, it will fuck up again and you will need to restart again.
