Ad break firing twice for 4 minutes

Hi, I signed up to the monetization program yesterday. Sometimes the Ad blocks fire for 4 minutes not the specified 2 minutes, so returns me to my programming 2 minutes late into a song which just sounds messy. Any idea on why this is happening and how to stop it? Thanks.

I think I have solved.. Some of trigger files were 2:01 not 2:00 which seemd to be firing a second ad block.

This was still happening time to time even on Advert: triggers slightly less than 2 minutes in duration... I found that some of my jingles has [Unknown] as the artist..This is what the shoutcast log file showed.

WARN [ADMINCGI sid=1] Title update rejected - value not allowed: [Unknown] -

I suspect as the Title update failed, it was still showing Advert: , and hence triggered the Ads to play again.. Hopefully this has resolved if anyone else has similar issues.
