Set library folder in Android devices

My new Android tablet has 2 SD cards, one internal (2GB) and one external (16GB). I would like to install the MP3 files and playlists in the external card, but when I connect the tablet to the PC with USB cable to sync PC > Tablet, WINAMP in the PC only finds the internal (smaller) SD card, although Windows Explorer detects both.
I wish I could setup sync directly to the external SD card.
