Scheduled Songs Not Playing

I'm a Shoutcast For Business User I Switched From Radionomy. My Upload Tracks Are Playing Some Random 29 Second Music Track Instead of the Song I Actually Uploaded Im Not Sure What to Do This It Is Interfering With My Scheduled Programming.

Im glad Im not the only one. I have emailed and I have been told an engineer is looking into this.

Alas, no fix yet

Instead of the Track I Uploaded A 29 Second Weird Song Plays For Most of My Songs It's Almost Been 2 Weeks Still No Fix I'm Getting Very Frustrated..

There seems to be an error in the audio broadcasting which is different to the planner.

When a scheduled track is due to play, it is replaced by a 20 second shoutcast jingle (Which sounds terrible btw).

Not only is it a one off but can be repeated up to 6 times in a row I have counted. This is very detrimental to the station audio and really needs fixing ASAP

For this situation you need to get in touch with tech support and ask for a ticket
You both are posting in a forum with fellow broadcasters and nothing will be done here.
So get in touch with tech support.

I have, although I am getting a response, it takes 2 or 3 days for the following reply and still not fixed. Last I heard was he was listening to my station and comparing it and alas, nada.

Honestly You May Have To Re-upload All Your Tracks From Nov. 15, 2019 to Dec. 15, 2019
That's What I Did And I Haven't Heard The Generic Music Since.

TBH this is huge but i'm facing same issue i guess i will give this a try.
