What is 'requests' in Targetspot stats?

The current Targetspot stats page shows allocations, impressions, fill rate, and requests. The first three are defined, but not 'requests'. Anyone know what 'requests' refers to? It is a much larger number than any of the others.

I emailed this question to support and this is the response:
The requests are the number of ads and PSA's calculated by the ad server for the players connected to your stream.
That number will always be higher than the allocations/impressions number for several reasons:
- The calculation occurs less than 60 seconds after the connection of a player. If the player is disconnected before you trigger the ads or if the ad server re-calculates the ads between the first minute of the connection and the first ads triggering, you'll find those requests on your Targetspot page, but they have not resulted in allocations/impressions.
- The ad server calculates more ads/PSA's than the actual ad break duration set on your Radio Manager.
