Lyrics for Winamp being hacked/changed

I have been using the Lyrics plugin for Winamp found at Lyricsplugin.com.

On a couple songs throughout my playlist.. the lyrics are blatantly wrong. What it seems like actually is two or three people hacking the system and having a war.

Last week the song's lyrics for Bullet For My Valentine - Your Betrayal was an ASCII of a middle finger and the words "FAG GET OUT" repeated a hundred times.

Today the lyrics for the same song are in spanish... with the title being "SO YOU DON'T LIKE TRANSLATIONS JUST TRANSLATIONS TILL YOU STOP BEING A RACIST MOTHER FUCKER"

Anyone else having this issue? What directory are the lyrics coming from?

I have no idea where the lyrics are kept, but you or anybody can edit them using the plugin.
I just replaced the "lyrics" to the song with the phrase "Grow up".
Apparently, no control or filter is applied.

I tried changing the lyrics by editing them. But when i close down the program and restart it.. it fetches it spanish version of the lyrics again.. with the title about racism.

The edit function only seems to work locally and only while the program is in it's current Cache status

I edited the lyrics only, exited Winamp, and restarted my computer. My edits were still fetched. I can't explain why or how and don't really care anymore.
