Skins Skins Skins I Wanna Be Skinned

I have some real problems trying to make a new skin for winamp latest version.
If somebody has a warm heart and can give me pointers or a noobie walktrough???
I'm into skulls, metal, swampy creepy sightings and 70's comics.
I've got some ideas to make 3 to 4 skins.
If it's possible, i'll throw in my e-mie steursy@hotmail.com

Skins is not my thing. Too expensive and....**** has the same thing.
