Question: Online EML listing/repository/database?

What I'm wanting to do is to make my old emails accessible from the web. I have archived previous years' emails as PSTs, saved locally; what I envisage doing is extracting all the individual emails as EML files, uploading the EMLs to my web space, and using some sort of front end GUI to search/sort/retrieve/view* them on demand.

* viewing in a browser would be a bonus; I'd be happy enough being able to download EMLs.

The challenge is that I don't know how to code (unless you count HTML/CSS) and I don't know if there are any freely available tools/scripts/etc which will do what I want.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any assistance or guidance.

edit: This is my 5000th post.

I guess not many people here know much about this topic
